Industrial loads are unforgiving: a voltage dip can scrap an entire batch. Our industrial packages are specified with high short-circuit capability and generous alternator margins so that motor starting does not pull the bus down.
For plants with high thermal demand, we also supply heat-recovery packages that turn exhaust waste heat into process hot water or steam, cutting total energy cost.

From load schedule to commissioning in manufacturing
The same three stages run on every order, whatever the configuration: engineering before the quotation, a documented load test before packing, and support after the set is on site.
Step 01
Engineering and sizing
Load schedule, starting currents, ambient and altitude derating are worked through before a rating is proposed — the alternator is sized for the largest step, not the average.
Step 02
Factory build and load test
Assembly, wiring and paint in one works, then a four-point load bank run at 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 % with the test sheet serial-numbered to the set.
Step 03
Shipping, commissioning and support
Export packing, documentation and commissioning guidance, with spare-parts supply and remote diagnosis for the life of the installation.

The brief
The factory's lease had a fixed term, and its owners did not want to leave a power plant behind when production moved. The generation had to be as movable as the machinery.
What we supplied
Two 45 ft containers integrating generator, fuel, exhaust and switchgear, so the plant can be relocated intact when the factory does — disconnect, lift, reconnect.
On site today
The plant runs the line today and is already planned into the factory's next move.
