50 Hz / 60 Hz builds are listed. Model codes carry the standby rating and, where two builds share a rating, a trailing letter.
FG Wilson publishes ratings to ISO 8528 with both prime and standby figures, and the ESP rating is explicitly limited to one hour in twelve. Derate follows the engine supplier's curve, which we quote per model.
One packaging philosophy
FG Wilson is a packager first, so what you buy is the integration as much as the engine.
FG Wilson designs the enclosure once and qualifies it across the P-series, so a canopy or container from one rating translates cleanly to the next. We build these sets to the factory configuration and keep the original control philosophy, which matters if the customer later needs dealer support. Small P-series units ship as canopies; larger units are containerised or open, following the FG Wilson build sheet.

FG Wilson sets, answered plainly
The three things buyers ask us most about this engine platform.
Caterpillar, since 1999 — which is why every FG Wilson set, from the P9.5 to the P2500, is powered by a Perkins engine and shares the same global parts channel.
Emergency Standby Power: one hour in twelve, no overload. It is not a continuous rating and should not be used for prime power sizing.
Many service parts are common to the Perkins engine and available through independent suppliers. Control modules and canopy parts usually require the distributor.
