This page explains the small files this website stores in your browser and the choices you have.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember something between page loads — a preference, a form state, or simply that a visit happened. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage) work in the same way and are covered by this policy.
2. Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary. Used to serve the site correctly and to keep forms working — for example to remember that you dismissed the enquiry panel, or to hold your input while you move between steps of a form. The site does not function properly without them.
- Analytics (Microsoft Clarity). Clarity measures, in aggregate, which pages and documents are used and how visitors interact with them. It sets a device identifier (the MUID cookie) and uses local storage to tell repeat visits apart. It masks every character typed into form fields and does not build a profile of an individual visitor. You can opt out at any time — see section 4.
- Advertising and cross-site tracking. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party tracking pixels on this site.
3. Third-party requests
Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. That request is made by your browser directly to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of serving the file. We do not receive that data. If you prefer to avoid the request, your browser settings or a content blocker will block it; the site will fall back to a system font.
Clarity loads its measuring script from clarity.ms and sends anonymised interaction data to Microsoft's servers. You can block it with a content blocker, or opt out directly at clarity.ms/optout — the site works normally either way.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and availability monitoring.
4. How to control cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies — look for "Privacy" or "Cookies" in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can break features such as the enquiry form; blocking analytics cookies has no effect on how the site works.
Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not currently act on browser "Do Not Track" signals — there is nothing extra to switch off.
5. Changes and contact
If we add a tool that changes what is stored, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Questions can go to cunmiwy@gmail.com.
