Both 50 Hz and 60 Hz builds are listed. Model codes carry the standby rating and, where two builds share a rating, a trailing letter.
Cummins ratings in the tables follow the engine maker's published standby and prime definitions, not a marketing derating. The KTA19 and KTA50 figures assume a 40 °C ambient cap; above that, expect roughly 1–2 % output per additional 5 °C and ask us for the exact curve.
Three ways to package a Cummins set
The QSK and KTA families carry enough mass and heat rejection that the enclosure choice changes the installation, not just the appearance.
Cummins sets leave our Fujian plant in whichever of three packages the site calls for. KTA50 and QSK38 units almost always ship containerised, because the radiator, day tank and exhaust silencer no longer fit inside a canopy at that size. Mid-range QSZ13 and KTA19 sets go into acoustic canopies for urban standby. Smaller 4B and 6B units are frequently supplied on open skids for plant-room integration.

Already running a Cummins set?
Common Cummins parts we hold or source weekly include fuel shut-off solenoids, QSK injector kits, water pumps, belt tensioners and the PowerCommand control boards.
Cummins sets, answered plainly
The three things buyers ask us most about this engine platform.
Both, stated clearly on the quotation. Service parts such as filters and belts are usually aftermarket from approved suppliers; sensors, injectors and control boards are genuine Cummins unless you ask otherwise.
Not on standard builds. The KTA50 is a distillate engine, so it runs on diesel or EN 590 equivalent. If you need HFO you should be looking at a Mitsubishi S16R or a dedicated heavy-fuel platform.
Typically 45 to 70 days from deposit, depending on whether the engine is in stock and whether the container needs a walk-in control room. KTA50 builds sit at the longer end.
