Both 50 Hz and 60 Hz builds are listed. Model codes carry the standby rating and, where two builds share a rating, a trailing letter.
FPT ratings are declared under EU Regulation 2016/1628 for Stage V builds, which fixes both the test conditions and the allowed derate. Altitude derate starts at 1,000 m on turbocharged models, sooner than on naturally aspirated engines.
Stage V in a small footprint
After-treatment takes space, so the enclosure layout is driven by the SCR and DPF package rather than the engine.
FPT sets are almost always specified for emission-regulated markets, so the package is built around the after-treatment. NEF45 and NEF67 units go into acoustic canopies sized to take the SCR catalyst above the engine. Cursor 9 and Cursor 13 units at the top of the range usually ship open for plant-room installation, because the DPF and SCR modules are better serviced with walk-around access.

The three things buyers ask us most about this engine platform.
Yes. Stage V builds use SCR, so a DEF tank, dosing module and quality sensor are part of the package, and the tank has to be sized for the site's refill interval.
Not legally once the engine is certified as Stage V. If your market does not require it, order the Tier 3 build instead — it is cheaper and simpler to maintain.
