Our construction packages are available on road-tow trailers with lights, brakes and overrun coupling, or on compact skids that a single telehandler can reposition.

How projects are delivered
From load schedule to commissioning in rental & construction
The same three stages run on every order, whatever the configuration: engineering before the quotation, a documented load test before packing, and support after the set is on site.
Step 01
Engineering and sizing
Load schedule, starting currents, ambient and altitude derating are worked through before a rating is proposed — the alternator is sized for the largest step, not the average.
Step 02
Factory build and load test
Assembly, wiring and paint in one works, then a four-point load bank run at 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 % with the test sheet serial-numbered to the set.
Step 03
Shipping, commissioning and support
Export packing, documentation and commissioning guidance, with spare-parts supply and remote diagnosis for the life of the installation.

Site power that moves with the build
A 20-month construction programme that needed power able to relocate between phases without re-procurement.
The brief
The contractor needed site power for tower cranes, hoists and site offices across a 20-month programme, with the permanent grid connection only arriving in the final phase.
What we supplied
Three 250 kVA sets on skid frames with external fuel tanks, specified so a crane lift can relocate a set between phases in a single morning.
On site today
The same three sets have moved twice already and are now powering the finishing phase until the permanent supply takes over.
